Be sure that you have uploaded your banner to your OFW account.

Before you can add it, you must know your image's url. How? The surest way is: Click>Manage Images>select the category where you saved your image. Click the image that you want(after that, the image should show in a new page. Right click the image and point to Properties. There look for the URL. Copy it(ctrl+c). Save(crtl+v) it in your pc(I use notepad for easy retrieval).

Make the following code as your guide. Just replace my urls with your own banner url.
